*The 3 islands on the t-shirt are: « Belle Île » in the south of Brittany (the largest Breton island), « Ouessant » in the west of the Finistère which is the most western land of metropolitan France, and the island of « Bréhat » in the north of Brittany also known as flower island.
*In Breton, « Finistère » is translated into « Penn ar Bed ». The breton word « penn » means « head » and the Breton word « bed » means « land ». Therefore, the «Finistère» is not the end of the land but the beginning!
*The bay of Saint Brieuc has the largest natural deposit of scallops shells in France.
